About Us

Our History

Jeremy Smith founded JSmith Civil, LLC formerly BridgePoint Civil, LLC, in 2016 with limited equipment, a
capacity for hard work and the basic values of honesty, decency and a commitment to “do what we say
we will do”. He wanted to create a construction company that placed the wellbeing of employees first
and focused on building strong client relationships. The growth and expansion of the business has been
tremendous.
Our business practices, people, equipment and processes have led to JSmith Civil to being recognized as
one of the fast growing, respected and reliable firms in our industry. With our workforce, experience,
equipment, safety record and financial stability, we can tackle the most challenging projects.

Our Growth

Since its beginning, JSmith Civil, LLC has grown in volume of projects delivered as well as project type
and scope of work. We have completed schools, parks, roads, water, and sewer projects in cities and
counties all over North Carolina. Our approach to this growth has been consistent and successful. We
invest in quality people and equipment and continue to enhance what we do while always keeping an
eye on future innovation. This philosophy has helped JSmith Civil grow in reputation, capability and
assets.

Our Vision

Our Vision at JSmith Civil is to be a company where our employees find fulfillment and our customers
find complete satisfaction, while our local communities benefit from our existence.
