Gresham Apartments/River Highway

Our Gresham Apartments/River Highway project in Charlotte, NC consists of clearing and grubbing a 20-acre wooded site to construct five apartment buildings. Overall, we are moving 100,000 CY of material onsite to balance out the site, installing a ½ acre storm water management pond, 2,000 LF of sewer, 5,000 LF of HP storm drain, 4,000 LF of water line, 10,000 LF of curb and gutter, 2,500 TN of hot mix asphalt along with 1,000 LF of CDOT roadway improvements.

Two crews are working on balancing the site with two cut/fill operations using 2 excavators, 6 off-road trucks, 300 HP John Deere tractor and disc, 3 bulldozers, and 3 84” compactors and a water truck, one crew installing HP Storm pipe, one crew installing DIP Sewer Main, and one crew installing 8” PVC water line.
